Training Methods

Training Method Overview

1on1 Personal Training

A personalized approach to skill development where an instructor works directly with an individual to tailor lessons to their specific needs and goals. This focused setting allows for immediate feedback, fostering quicker progress and deeper understanding.

Semi-Private Training

Involves small groups, typically 5 to 6 participants, working with one trainer to receive personalized attention while benefiting from a collaborative environment. This format combines the advantages of individual coaching with the motivation and camaraderie of group workouts.

Buddy Training

This training format involves two individuals collaborating with a trainer, benefiting from personalized instruction while enhancing accountability and motivation through their partnership. It fosters friendly competition and support, making workouts both enjoyable and effective.
